The Cold Creek Purchase Process

Step-by-Step Overview

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Begin your Cold Creek sauna journey by contacting us via our Contact Us page. Once you reach out, we will schedule an initial consultation to confirm what options you would like.
For local customers within the Vancouver, WA area, this consultation can take place in person, where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss options and view the sauna model at our warehouse/showroom. This step helps establish a clear vision of your ideal sauna.

Step 2: Quote and Build Timeline

Following the consultation, you will receive a quote via email detailing the costs and proposed timeline for the build. This quote will include all key details about your Cold Creek build. If needed, you can adjust or request modifications to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
Once finalized, approving the quote allows us to move forward and issue the contract for your Cold Creek sauna.

Step 3: Contract Signing and Initial Deposit of 25%

To secure your position in the build queue, sign the contract and pay a 25% deposit. This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and allows us to begin preparations.
This deposit is non-refundable due to the significant allocation of resources required for each project.

Step 4: Build Initiation and Second Payment of 50%

As the build timeline approaches, we will notify you to keep you informed of progress and send an invoice for an additional 50%. This payment must be completed before the build starts. During this phase, our team will begin bringing your Cold Creek sauna to life.

Step 5: Final Payment of 25% and Delivery Coordination

Upon completion of the build, you will receive an invoice for the final 25%. With this we will release your Cold Creek to be delivered to its new home.
For local customers, we can assist in coordinating delivery, electrical hookups, and site preparation, ensuring the installation process is smooth and efficient. Typically, these arrangements are made directly with subcontractors, allowing for better communication and competitive pricing.
